Finally started posting once again.
No tag board. Nothing. Just a personal online diary.

Wonder why no advertisements were rotting on my blog.Heh.
One year has pass... and perhaps, this is the time where new friendships were forged and some were broken no doubt. After coming back from India trip and the dumb freestyle course, I'm left with three weeks of holidays. Three weeks. That is the amount of time i HAVE left for my own revision and homework. No more playtime i guess.

India was fun. But i have experienced more than fun. Perhaps, its time we look how concern are we at dealing with the poor. Kenny once told us during LLTC that the "rich will get richer and poor will get poorer." THAT, my dear, is true. In India, people were begging and to my horror, there was a kid who didn't want to let us move unless we gave him money. Another scenario...We were living in our host's house and it was like two semi detached join together..But guess what? Beside our house, there was a slump. Truth-fully, that was my first seeing a slump with my own physical body. That's how bad the poverty was in India in case you don't know.

To me, I guess Singapore is gonna be like that one day. With the IR, F1 night race, marina bay, I guess we have neglected the poor and the old. Its as though we don't care anymore. Perhaps, I'm being an extremist but hey, look at the increasing numbers of old folk's home today. Maybe, its time to do our part... by helping. Guess my words don't carry anything but if anyone was to visit my blog, perhaps they can at least think about helping...

Note to self:

Complete School Work and Start revision by end of next week.

i just hate the hol homework list that the D-P have issued the teachers. Now, no teacher don't dare NOT to give any homework. and who suffers?

HELL should i sae....my history got 50 marks and my class position out of top 10.13 is wat i got.dam that unlucky no.WTF.

strangely, my art results pulled me down this term and my chinese pulled me up.64 and 69 respectively.

should i sae i am unlucky or dumb?
my chem and physics got 27/40 which is 68/100 and one more mark to A2
my a maths got 28.5/40 which is 74 and 0.5 more marks to A1.
my art got 64/100 which is like one more mark to B3......
my chi was one more mark to A2!!!!

DAM MY RESULTS...my actual l1r5 is 18 which i could have gotten 13 and if i minus 4 for higher chi and cca, its 9!!!

these few days has probably been hell.... i broke my mugging record as i studied from 3pm to 12am yesterday non stop...proud of myself as i finally can "tahan" such long hours of mugging.Usually, i would fall asleep when i just started studying but now as common test is here, i will strive... Here's how the common test papers went...

Physics

The paper was considered easy but i found some of the questions real hard...must think and draw diagrams like mad.Thus, i ended up with not enough time..haha. = =.But at the end of the day, i finally understood total internal reflection and all the reflection stuff...yeah so rmb sine c= 1/n. =) Geography Elective

4 to 5 questions and 1 social studies quesiton. Thought it was a breeze huh? Well, not quite as i had to describe the relief of a huge area. And i still dont know how to describe the relief as i suck and geog suck..well it wasn't even my first choice in the first place...

Chemistry

Uh-huh...well we came to my worst subject. Believe it or not i got 36/100 for chem during my streaming coz i dont understand chem and chem dont understand me...well during raymond wong lesson i would just doze off and nothing ever goes into my head during his lesson.Haha. But today's paper was quite a breeze becuase i STUDIED!and with the help of my friends esp amos,jun kai and kenneth, i finnaly understand most of it but i still dont get what the hell is MOLE, molecules and what is the difference between them. AND SOMEONE STOLE MY CHEM BOOK!WTF LAH!so today chem was plain smooth sailing i guess...

A Math

Six questions and 45 mins..whoo lots of time...=).WAIT LONG LONG.Maths department are damn smart.They spilt the questions into a.b.c.d....Haha= =.Cant they just label each question according to numeral?Today paper was easy but i truly did not have enough time to do..Mrs. Sng probably is the best math teacher.though she forces us to do work like a mad dog everyday but while as we suffered everyday, we were plain relaxed today.Other classes struggle.

Whoo...two days have passed and common test is left with two more days.I will take this opportunity to prove myself that some people are just plain lucky to get into triple science class and teachers will not look down on us and label us "MIDDLE BAND CLASS AND TAIL END CLASSES". Triple science are not generally smarter than us.

Chinese New Year is just around the corner however i feel that this year festive mood is just not there.Also dont why...Im gonna study for my E math test. See ya.

Stress.....OMG these fews daes have not been feeling well at all...
Common test is just next week only and im still blogging here.

Lets talk about O level result..and this year, our school only have 10 a1s and 2 9a1s but we have 40 over 6A1s! Well this result is not so good as Saint NIcholas have 10 girls who scored 10 a1s.Wtf.And i think anderson had 23 students who scoerd 9a1s.wtf again...= =
Luckily we had a 100% art distinction and the pressure is on for the sec3 and 4 art students.

Mrs Tan said we must continue to have 100% distinction..coz it has been 3 years running.We'll just see about that.Speaking about art...people should have seen what happened when someone heard "shopping".We all went "HUH" and "wtf". Nah just kidding.The fact that she went off made us feel a bit relax coz dont have someone to check on us constantly..duh. ;)

Coomon Test is JUST TWO days away.and first up i have my physics and my elective humans.-Elect geog.Elect geog should be a breeze just that i must remember all the information and stuff but for PHYSICS, the stress is on as its the battle between Me, Amos, Gerald and mayb Chua to see who is owning who...we'll just have to wait.hmmm

NEW ANNOUNCEMENT: SJI IS OFFERING THIRD LANGUAGE. and that language is turkish.and moreover, it will be held at MGS. sigh...have anyone thought about learning turkish in the first place?but once they heard "MGS", they flocked to the office after school. sigh, i should say, sex appeal really attracts the crowd.

Today lesson was nice. There was no lesson which was boring at all. Chem was nice i should say.heheh.;) but the most best lesson today was a maths probably coz it was peace...no scolding form that mrs sng at all.heng.

After school had training. RIFLE DRILL.omfg. i did not even learn it before. I should probably be thanking myslef coz i took about 2 hours to master the all the steps.it was purely down to earth practice.2 hours non stop practice..

sigh, there will be promotion parade tomorrow.I seriously hope i get promoted! cya!

Whooo..

How long hav i not blogged?abt one month?omg. this sux.
School has reopen and i have been practically busy everday..

CLS, NCC, PSL camp has taken up so much of my time...
and my homework is starting to pile.better clear them before i get screwed.

Speaking of screwed, i dunno what's MR sng swee yee's problem...i went for PSL camp and naturally did not pass up my homework lah.DUH~then she started to PMS and say i never hand up my work and all those crap..OF COURSE LAH..she's like that, giving us hell from the first day of school.Her face makes u feel like puking and its a minefield...oops, i went too far?lol

Today was quite relax, except that i skip lunch for art..btw its normal...
Finally met mrs tan and heard her bitching.really, i kinda miss it..esp 203.
She started the lesson ok.. then end up scolding the gang of 203 coz we did not complete our work.lol.And all coz of ivan tan, i nearly got mistaken by tlk.

And Alvin's Ong art work is marvellous..well his ideas are marvellous.OMG. He's terrific lah...
Did anyone saw ruben's art? It was like jaw dropping lah.Fancy using pastel, colour pencils and ball point pens to make such a wonderful picture.No wonder it was worth 1000 marks lah.

Our theme for this year? Touch.Aww man..this is so difficult...but i have to strive on!

Since long that i have blogged..
This week is a slacking week and i basically felt like slacking all the while.

hmm...i played maple and within one week, im lvl33.
thats quite a "remarkable" feat..- -

and i studied a little...

did my art which consisted of a pineapple, orchid, staionery.
and now im working on my shoe.OMG, i dun hav much time left..
i still hav to do a complicated toy, a fruit and a portrait.

Got my Sec3 books and i dont understand anything..
The Chem and Physics books are so thick! guess im gonna die for chem again...

Today is such a gloomy day..
Woke up like around 7 and practically did nothing coz i am sick...
Just got back from china and i need to start unpacking...my room's in a total state of mess.(like usual);)

Got the news that quite a lot people i know are coming to SJI!That's good!
Glen(kelly's brother) got 245+1(i guess..):) and he put SJI as first choice.He should be in and i HOPE to be able to take him for orientation camp.That would be great.

Ok its 11.42 now and its raining...told you it was a gloomy day.
Sigh i blog about my exchange trip to china some other day..
after i unpack my things, clear the mess in my room and visit my cousin in hospital...
Heard she's doing well, so i may visit her tomorrow...

As for my holidays, i am gonna work so hard that no one will look down on me coz' i am from a double science class...it doesn't matter if i got into 324 with 68% while others get into 335/6 woth 67%...all it matters is the 'o' level that i am taking.And all it matters is my determination to strive for the best. I will not take my scecondary three life as how i take my secondary one and two life coz this is a important year for me to prove myself...

Wow, looking back, i know i have not been blogging for like more than one month..well i was busy, busy playing PKO and camping.XD
Got back from malaysia just this monday afternoon.
Ace camp was full of up and downs. Let me tell you more,
The Ups:
1) Our tent had only 6 people instead of the orginial 7
2) During the monsoon season, our tent did not collaspe. IT WAS PEFECTLY DRY
3) For absailing, lucky we did not got the commando.yeah.
4) For rafting, our raft did not drift apart at all
5) My sleeping mates were my class friends.Except for Darren of 05.But he was a great guy
6) Had only Pt for one day coz of the rain =)

The Downs:
1) The toilet was so 'refreshing'. You can find lots of unwelcomed visitors inside there.
2) Some asshole shited near our camp site and we had to smell it for one night.WTF.
3) We were swiping houseflies all day and night long.
4) The food was so damn edible that when u see the tables there, u might have second thoughts. The housefiles were as if having a banquet there.
5) For Lambak, we kena the Commando...and he lectured us from all hte way top to all the way down.
6) Never try drinking the water there.Full stop.
7) The Jungle survival was so 'treeish' that we had to build a shelter with trees.And mosquitoes were feeding on us.Uh-Huh.

Finally, on our way home, I was sleeping all the way until custom.Finally, I saw like singapore!
HOME SWEET HOME...XD

Ok, fast foward to today...
Nothing much has happened xcept that i have been planning for the chalet...not much progress anyway. SORRY!
The chalet has been book but the activities has not been planned coz of the tight schedule..Sigh.
Nevermind, I shall pen my thoughts on what to do tonight...

Anger Management
This is probably why i dont flare up so often

David and Sharon have been happily married to each other for 10 years. They have a 6 year old son, Micheal. David works a regular 9-5 office job while Sharon is a part-time housewife. She would work in the mornings and pick up Micheal from the day-care centre in the afternoons. One particular afternoon, Sharon was having a terrible migraine after picking up Micheal. She put Micheal in bed for his afternoon nap before consuming some painkillers from the medicine cabinet. Soon after, she went to bed to rest. Unfortunately, Micheal woke up from his nap earlier than usualy and was wondering about the house. He saw that the medicine cabinet was open and proceeded to satisfy his curiousity. Opening bottles of pills, he thought the colourful capsules and tablets were candy and started popping them into his mouth....

A few hours later, Sharon woke up and went to check on Micheal. She found little Micheal lying on the couch and frothing at the mouth. Realising that her child had swallowed a huge amount of medication, she rushed Micheal to the nearest hospital. David was informed of the incident by the hospital and he rushed off from work. When he got to the hospital, he saw Sharon sobbing uncontrollably. A doctor approached David and told him that they couldn't save Micheal.

Knowing that Sharon had indirectly caused Micheal's death, he sat down beside her and took a deep breath. Most of you would expect David to blame Sharon for the death of their only child but he didn't do that. Instead, he put his arm around Sharon, comforted and consoled her.

That's where the story ends. The point to note here is David did not show any anger towards Sharon. He knew that she too had lost her only child. He knew that she is already blaming herself. And he knew that being angry wouldn't bring Micheal back. Some people might disagree with his reaction. Someone told me its better to let the anger flow out than to keep it pent up inside. I totally agree that anger shouldn't be caged up. However, if we just take a step back and understand how the other party feel, we'd realise that there isn't a reason for anger to exist in the first place. Why do we even want to show wrath to people we love? Since when would that solve anything or make things better? Instead, we only hurt them more. I realised this from the first time I read the email and decided to keep my temper in check whenever I can.

Just the other night, I was having a great time with my significant other. Halfway through dinner, something happened and I got angry about it. I stormed into the washroom immediately to try to calm myself down. When I came back, she knew something was wrong and asked me about it. Still feeling a little pissed, I told her in the most restrained manner as I could. After telling her and getting her apology, I managed to drop the issue completely. It may have been a small matter to begin with but it could have ruined an otherwise perfect night out. There is no point in both of us being upset when it could have been resolved in the 'civilised' manner.

jonathan came to SJI today.yep.And i was on duty.lolz.So i got to see him today.
I reached school about 1.3xpm and i was late.lolz

when i reached, there were so many fans.i was like shocked.thought this was gonna be a SJI gathering. But wth, there were so many girls.lolz

Jon took like 20mins to walk from the main gate to the office?
lolz...then all prefects were sitting at the steps.=)
I dam bored so i went to prefects room and start getting out mentos.

Waited for Jon to talk to Brother Michael.Then prefects went up the hall to be the "G.O.H"..BHX.
We waited for sooosooo longggg.....wth

Australian Coroner Given Video of Irwin's Stingray Encounter

Sept. 5 (Bloomberg) -- A coroner will study video footage of ``Crocodile Hunter'' Steve Irwin's last moments snorkeling with a stingray as part of the investigation into the Australian television star's death, police said.

The 44-year-old died yesterday after being struck in the heart by a stringray's barbed tail while filming a documentary at Batt Reef near Port Douglas, a tourist resort in the state of Queensland. A copy of the footage was given to the state coroner, said Queensland Police spokeswoman Kim McCoomb, who declined to say whether it captured the sea creature's fatal blow.

The video was ``shocking,'' Irwin's friend and producer John Stainton told a news conference today, Agence France-Presse reported. ``It's a very hard thing to watch because you're actually witnessing somebody die. It shows that Steve came over the top of the ray and the tail came up, and spiked him,'' he said, according to the news agency.

Irwin shot to fame after his first wildlife documentary, ``The Crocodile Hunter,'' became a global hit. He went on to film 53 episodes of the Emmy award-nominated ``Croc Files'' and ``The Crocodile Hunter Diaries'' which chronicled his day-to-day life working at his Queensland wildlife park Australia Zoo.

Irwin also appeared on ``The Oprah Winfrey Show'' and ``The Tonight Show with Jay Leno.''

State Funeral

Using his catch-cry of ``Crikey,'' Irwin promoted Australian tourism and appeared in television advertisements extolling the country's quarantine services.

The Queensland government is considering a state funeral for Irwin, AFP cited Premier Peter Beattie as saying.

``He always pushed himself to the very limits, but I thought he was invulnerable and I think he did too,'' Stainton said, according to AFP, adding he never thought Irwin would be killed by ``something like a stingray.''

The attack would have been ``like being stabbed in the heart,'' Geoff Isbister, a clinical toxicologist at Newcastle's Mater hospital said in a statement distributed yesterday by the Australian Science Media Centre.

Stingrays aren't aggressive and sting only when threatened, Bryan Fry, deputy director of the Australian Venom Research Unit at the University of Melbourne, said yesterday.

Irwin is survived by his wife Terri and two children, son Bob and daughter Bindi.

todae is TEACHERS' DAY celebration!. came to school at 6.50a.m. for mass duty.yep.
Of course i went for mass...it was a truly eye opener though i went once before for UGOs blessings. my duty was giving out pieces of paper. Lolz. It was truly enriching coz' i can meet all types of people. Those who said "thanks", while others juz dao-ed without saying thank you.
there was one who said " thank you my slave." See, i told you u could meet all knids of people.

After the mass, i stayed in PAC for teachers day performance.For once i dunno why this was the best performance i ever saw for teachers day. The performance by Joel was totally nice.(i didnt expect that). He was tat good that he made me stood up and clapped for him.=.=" lolz.He was truly wonderful.Btw, there are some potential singapore idol.Including Mr Anthony Khoo but excluding the Emcee.BHX!(his singing was way off)

I saw two videos todae. One made by 431 and the other by 433. 431 was totally hilarious!They actually made the SJI teacher idol.WOW...trust me i am not being sacarstic.lolz. The best part about the video was Miss Mara. She was so dam funny.=)her new nick:STORM.

The second video, made by 433 was awesome. They actually got pictures of teacher when they were young.Some were so KAWAII desu!!! esp Mr Gary Sim and Ms Deborah Goh. Btw I didnt know that mrs Tan was in NCC.(so totally unexpected)She's seriously a great teacher.Imagine lah, she is so lenient to us(Rmb the comic book incident, breaking table incident, paper bullets incident).OMg she just gave us warnings.If it was other teachers, they would like FLARE UP.Actually shes quite lenient to me too.

Today after school went out with timothy and tim..well actually Tim went to meet his GF at somerset mrt. We went to heereen, far east and bugis. I bought a Zinc slag bag, a MYUK handphone pouch.Luckily Timothy had discount for the handphone pouch and he helped me to bargain at the ZINC shop.I spent about 30+ including lunch..I think i must start saving up!

Went to BPPS after lunch. We went back and i discovered that there was so many JOSEPHIANS!That was totally cool! I didnt know so many BPPS students went to SJI...They simply rockz.(and those who are in MICHAEL, ur rock more.)

We bought present for mrs kwek.Though is was not so expensive, but it was nice. A shiny clip.yep.
Then, we were supposed to go to Lot1 for movies. But i did not know what was happening, we dragged and dragged until there was no time slot left for movies.WTH.

Anyway today is such a memorable day.I gtg guys. And gals(of course not forgetting them).=)

YTD was a terrible and shocking day to be.

first of all, i got tenth in class. that means top ten lo
but i am still sad coz' i did not hit 70%. Sigh got to work harder from now.
I think i use this week of holidays to mug and i will stop plaing computer games
muz control myself.yep

I actually read about the Fail Liao Lah Syndrome (FLLS) and the Severe Examination Acute Syndrome (Seas). Its actually gotten from edwins blog. His blog is such a cool blog! U can get lots of things from there, OBS,FLLS,SEAS and last of all scandal chronicles. www.ed-t.blogspot.com

Yeaterday after i kena scolding from Mrs Tan i had Xu Bie Hui. It was so rush. Everthing was to be done in 2 hours. We had to borrow 2 pin plug, laptop, one useless radio, and a pair of speakers.

Talking about speakers, i pity Zhen Wei, Roth and Ed-t. Even the head prefect also KENA scolding from the lab technician. I mean why is their attitude so bad? the male one like that the female also like that. I think both of them having Prime Minister of Singapore(PMS).

Anyway it was quite a touching moment when Miss Tay Tze Hoon came out to gave a speech. What she said with the background music, i saw Zheng Xuan started vrying while others tried to swallow their tears. lolz.

I had a shock too. Nah, I did not get shocked by the powerpoint. But i received one hell of a shock what Miss Tay said. I am the vice president of CLS! what the hell. I mean, why shouldnt the sec4s be the vice president?

Sigh that means i will have more responsibility and i will get more scolding... wateva.my ears are used to the scolding of the teachers. I am always being scolded by the teahers.SIGH

I thought of quitting the prefectorial board but i had second thoughts.
these are my reasons:

1) The report that Roth asked me to write is so hard. Why give myself extra task?
2) Being a prefect means having responsibilty and i will train myself for that. I have changed my temper too lo.
3) wearing the dark green tie means that i dont hav to wear the green and white tie which is so ugly.
4) Being a prefect means that i can get to wear blazer which is so cool.
5) Being a prefect means having to skip class when there is special duty.hah juz joking.
6) Being a prefect gives one so much joy when praised for the good duty done despite all the hardwork
7) Im serious about being prefect coz' i do my duties everyday lah...clap can?lolz. I realli bu yao lian

Besides one of the least impt reason is that i can get more cca points.
Howeva, the most impt reason is that i can get to learn.This i am serious

so i wont quit unless i KENA sack.btw i got 33/40 for chi oral! So happy!

Today, i watched a video which was very saddening. It was called " Silent Scream"
I believed some had watched it. But what i have to say i that: Mums please dont abort babies.Its a life after all. I watched the show and saw that the babies are really innocent. No one has the right to take a life. Babies were filled in buckets and buckets. It was so grief to see that.

Past few days had been a torment to me and i finally began to talk in class in the morning.
Just can't disagree that 203 is such a good class depsite those comments they wrote about me.
